Come join textile artist Faye Hall for an exciting workshop where you will be able to create your own free stitched basket with optional decorative embroidery.
The method that you will learn will allow you to create a vessel in any shape you would like and the finished item can be used in many ways, from plant pot holders to trinket bowls.
Once you get going with the technique we will be using, it can often be a very mindful and relaxing practice, and perfect to do whilst chatting in a friendly group or with friends!
The workshop price includes all materials and guidance, as well as the opportunity to learn the skills to enable you to make more of these at home. Various coloured threads will be available for you to customise your piece within your desired colour palettes.
Please note: the techniques we will be using require a relatively involved method using both hands.
Tickets are £48, a £5 deposit is required upfront, and the remainder can be paid on the night. Book below. All bookings include materials and equipment. Feel free to bring your own alcohol, drinks or snacks if you’d like some tipple or food.
